Cancellation policy

This policy applies to recurring subscription purchases made through SupplyTiger. It does not apply to ordinary one-time purchases or to signing up for our email newsletter.

Subscription Renewals

SupplyTiger subscription products automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase. For our bi-weekly subscription option, your payment method will be automatically charged every two weeks until you cancel the subscription.

The price charged for each recurring order will reflect the applicable subscription price or discount, plus any applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no required long-term commitment.

You may cancel through the subscription management portal available through your SupplyTiger customer account or through the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails.

You may also request cancellation by contacting us at ecom@supplytiger.com.

Once your subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged for future subscription renewals.

Orders Already Processed

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. If a recurring order has already been charged or processed before your cancellation is completed, we may not be able to cancel that order.

Any refund, replacement, or other request involving an order that has already been processed is subject to our Refund Policy.

Subscription Discounts and Bonuses

Any discount, promotional price, or other benefit offered specifically for maintaining an active subscription applies only while the subscription remains active.

Cancelling a subscription will end subscription-specific discounts or benefits for future orders. We will not retroactively charge you for subscription discounts or benefits that were validly applied to orders placed before cancellation.

Newsletter Subscriptions

Signing up for SupplyTiger's email newsletter does not create a paid product subscription and does not authorize recurring charges.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically cancel a product subscription. Likewise, cancelling a product subscription does not necessarily unsubscribe you from marketing emails. Marketing preferences and product subscriptions must be managed separately.

Changes to Subscription Terms

If we make material changes to the pricing, billing frequency, or other terms of an active subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before those changes take effect.
